Job Title: Sales Officer (Construction)

Locations: Surulere Lagos

About Company:
Our client is a startup network infrastructure company that specializes in providing managed services for infrastructure network management data integrations and application management in Nigeria. The company is known for its reputation for highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Job Objective: This role will be responsible for increasing sales through developing new business relationships to ensure growth in revenue and profitability for the company. This role will help to grow and expand the brand by ensuring that volume revenue and margin targets are consistently met.

The Ideal candidate for this position should possess exceptional attention to detail the ability to work independently excellent public speaking and presentation skills and effective time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all aspects of selling and closing projects.
  • Develop awareness market acceptability and demand for products.
  • Maintain quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Analyze market demand gather competitor information and prepare analysis reports.
  • Communicate effectively explaining product range and benefits to channel partners and endusers.
  • Negotiate and successfully close deals.
  • Ensure adherence to Marketing and Sales systems processes procedures and policies providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Provide periodic updates and management reports weekly.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Inspect scope photograph and estimate projects.
  • Propose actions to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Business Unit Head or Product Head/Superior.


Requirements

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of BSC/HND/OND in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
  • Professional qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 13 years of postqualification experience in sales preferably in Real estate and/or Construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge within the construction business.
  • Familiarity with the business terrain.


Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay N150000.00 monthly net commission other Benefits

Key Requirements: Minimum of BSC/HND/OND in a relevant field from a reputable institution. Professional qualification is advantageous but not mandatory. 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in sales, preferably in Real estate and/or Construction. Strong technical knowledge within the construction business. Familiarity with the business terrain.
