  • Roles & Responsibilities

    As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting research and analysis of the contingent workforce industry trends and best practices.
  • Providing support to the team in the areas of workforce planning, compliance, and risk management.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of contingent workforce strategies and policies for clients.
  • Supporting the team in the administration of client contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on contingent workers and providing insights to clients on workforce analytics.
  • Assisting in the identification and management of contingent workforce suppliers and vendors.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and providing support to clients on day-to-day operational issues.

  • Technology skills: Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Knowledge of HR processes: An understanding of human resources processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, is also beneficial in this role.
  • Educational Qualifications & Certifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major with a preference for a Masters
