Job Profile:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Hunter with 7 years experience to boost the business. A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality. Skilled at generating own leads through cold calling campaigning research networking and drive the territory with ownership and accountability to bring maximum business above the set targets. You will be enthusiastic with a positive attitude dedication and willingness to work hard sometimes under high production pressure.What we are looking for in you

  • Should provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and lead status.
  • New lead generation and build strong pipeline for effective closures.
  • Performing Company & Executive research for Lead generation.
  • Should handle the sales side single handedly till closing.
  • Organize the sales calls attend meetings with the leads involve necessary people from other departments when necessary facilitating the process of sales until signing the deal document.
  • Should closely work with BA for Pre and post sales activities.
  • Responsible from Lead generation to closure of sales.
  • Intervention of invoice and payment follow up with Clients whenever needed.
  • Support nurture and grow the juniors in the team.
  • Timely and proper reporting of the ongoing sales process.
  • Actively support own accounts for any concerns or queries. Also facilitate the billing when necessary.
  • Meet given targets.
  • Having experience in inside sales with IT services companies with successful closures.
  • Experience with the US/European market.
  • Good track record of successful sales closures and relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good in MS Office
  • Good academic qualification (Post graduate).
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  • Necessary Understanding of the technical and technological skills and backgrounds.
  • Market and executive research experience.
  • Great negotiation skills with clients to close deals at maximum possible margins without losing the lead.
  • Excellent inside sales skills for own accounts.
  • Able to fix high target to increase the sales revenue.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn and Twitter for generating qualified leads.
  • Ability to multitask prioritizes and manages time effectively.
  • Thorough experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sales.
  • Willing to adapt with the method stream that we follow in our organization.
