Job Description

Term: Start 1Q24 /End TBD (6 months)
Approximate Work hours: 9AM 5PM
Base shift: 5 days on (MF) 2 day off.
Expected work hours per week: 4050 hours depending on project demands
Location: 3 Days in Lathrop 2 days in Fremont to start. Then transition to Fremont.
Pay: 3545/hr

The Role
As a Construction Project Coordinator you will be playing a critical role in building the worlds most advanced factories. Our environment is fastpaced and incredibly exciting. You will work in a cross functional role coordinating construction activities between project managers and field superintendents tracking a projects schedule budget and ensuring deliverable dates are met. This position is responsible for building and maintaining communication with stakeholders as well as with material vendors and construction firms.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service to staff vendors and business partners.
  • Manage procurement and budgetary tracking of all construction materials for a given team.
  • Coordinate equipment with vendors and field personnel.
  • Process employee time tracking and resolve errors.
  • Maintain team and project documentation (trainings equipment project statuses maintenance of various spreadsheets). Gather project documents and files from team members and organize into sharepoint.
  • Helping field employees through administrative tasks Submitting work requests and drafting purchase requests.
  • Meeting coordination and conference room reservations & setup as needed. Attend meetings as necessary taking minutes and documenting other information.
  • Special duties and projects as assigned or necessary including coverage of other coordinators.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to team members.
  • Scheduling of City inspections and 3rd party special inspections.



Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience building commercial and/or manufacturing facilities
Knowledge of construction principles and practices

  • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project).

Ability to effectively deal with subcontracts subcontractors and/or selfperform work
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Availability to work evening and weekend hours if necessary
Evidence of exceptional ability
