Accountabilities:
• Develop, Apply and Review manpower / workforce models and conduct analysis using a broad range of quantitative tools and techniques for all large workforce format areas of the business in conjunction with the division to ensure optimal efficiency
• Analyse and report actual manpower and costs; prepare root-cause variance analyses reporting to management on periodic basis (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Identify and develop process improvements in conjunction with stakeholders and/or business.
• Conduct ad hoc revenue and cost analysis for (senior) management in Finance.
• Identify and develop manpower plans in conjunction with business to assist in setting manpower, leave and overtime accountabilities.
• Develop a singular manpower reporting tool to ensure reporting is in sync with corporate / finance definitions and reports
