2. Joining and Onboarding: Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new employees into our culture values and mission. Ensure a seamless joining process including document verification and introduction to company policies.
3. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes that provide timely and constructive feedback to enhance employee growth and success.
4. Succession Planning: Work with leadership to identify and develop highpotential employees creating a robust succession plan.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the HR team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs design programs and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. HR Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
8. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
9. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives helping employees adapt and ensuring smooth transitions.
10. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
11. HR Metrics and Reporting: Create and analyse HR metrics and reports to provide insights for informed decisionmaking.
