Job Description
Responsibilities;
Analyze requirements, prepare project plan, and track project execution.
Be able to convert business requirements to technical specifications.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
Hold regular meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables and keep management updated on the same.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
Proactively escalate and highlight road blocks to management
Provide technical assistance to developers and work with will make it happen
attitude.
