About Us:

Coxwell Building Materials is a dynamic and innovative company in the building materials industry specializing in highquality roofing and skylight solutions. As the CEO I believe in a resultsdriven capitalist approach to business and were seeking a dynamic young female with exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi to join our highperforming team as a Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification and Segmentation: Engage with incoming leads from digital and offline sources. Evaluate lead quality and relevance to our roofing and skylight products/services. Categorize leads based on criteria such as project scope budget and timeline.

Lead Assignment: Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to understand their strengths and capacities. Allocate leads to appropriate Sales Representatives based on their expertise in roofing and skylight solutions. Ensure a balanced distribution of leads to optimize team performance.

Communication and Followup: Initiate contact with leads through various channels including phone email and social media. Provide initial information about our roofing and skylight products/services and address initial queries. Follow up on leads to gauge interest and facilitate further discussions.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads interactions and progress in our CRM system. Analyze data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement specific to roofing and skylights.

Requirements


Requirements:

Proven experience in lead management or related sales roles. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification criteria particularly in the building materials industry specifically roofing and skylights. Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools. Resultsoriented with a capitalist mindset driven to exceed targets and deliver results.





Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field 1+ years of experience in project sales, account management, or a related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively Proficiency in CRM and customer support software
