The Senior Data/Business Analyst Data and Analytics (Manager) is responsible for being a hands-on data and business analyst working with and leading data analysts within the AbbVie Complete Access function. This role is tasked with enhancing the teams capabilities in data storytelling business alignment and insights delivery. Additionally the role ensures that business operations are synchronized with data-driven processes and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates cross-functionally with business partners and internal teams to drive meaningful data-driven business outcomes and insights.
Drives the overall development and implementation of the organization using advanced data analytics techniques to set PM goals and optimize data-driven projects ensuring accurate and insightful reporting of activities and outcomes.
Leads projects centered around complex data models ensuring comprehensive reporting of activities and outcomes using predictive analytics by translating complex data into clear actionable business insights.
Directs data-related investigations by employing analytical frameworks to validate data by designing and building dashboards visualizations and reports to support strategy and operations.
Provides oversight for accuracy and quality assurance leveraging data mining techniques to identify improvements and address emerging data trends.
Oversees the management of reporting systems and performance metrics utilizing sophisticated analytics tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and extract actionable insights to drive operational improvements.
Develops and supports other functional analytics-driven initiatives programs and systems that enhance operational efficiency and data utilization.
Acts as a mentor and quality reviewer for Data Analysts responsible for selecting and hiring guiding them with performance expectations and developing staff by coaching and elevating the team to enhance analytical skills that drive business goals

Qualifications :
Bachelors required/Masters degree in business physical or life science pharmacy nursing engineering or related field if combined with relevant work experience
8 years experience in data and analytics service center or technical field in a regulated industry or relevant experience
2 years of managerial and/or project management experience in a data analytics or similar organization highly desired
Experience driving key process improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Six Sigma / continuous improvement methodology certification or experience is preferred
Regulatory compliance and/or information security experience is desired.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
