Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Backend Developer with expertise in Google Cloud DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying Node.js applications to GCP environments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Node.js applications for various projects

Implement and maintain automated build test and deployment pipelines using Terraform and Kubernetes

Collaborate with other developers QA engineers and project managers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects

Monitor and optimise application performance and scalability

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Stay uptodate with the latest developments and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong experience with Node.js Typescript and related technologies

Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform and related services

Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes

Experience with containerization and orchestration

Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git)

Strong problemsolving and debugging skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
