• Job Specification & Key Accountabilities:Design and implement petrophysical activities associated with active field development, reservoir surveillance and subsurface studies including open and cased hole evaluations, Techlog studio setup and maintenance, to support well integrity, production sustainment, and cost optimization. • Operate in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment requiring maturity and good communication skills. • Work independently with guidance from senior staff and SMEs as required. • Perform jobs over non-working hours occasionally as required by operations. • Integrate subsurface data from multiple sources across disciplines for diagnosis and problem solving. • Participate in complex decision-making process. • Provide petrophysical input during well planning (i.e., provide logging program for pre-drill documentation package and identify potential logging hazards, etc) for the Well Planning team to contribute to maintaining the safety and effectiveness of drilling activities. • Perform quicklook formation evaluation to support real-time decision making from open and cased hole logs. Maintain and file accurate and verified petrophysical well records and update the Petroleum Database (Techlog Stuido). • Provide input for the selection of perforation and testing intervals in liaison with Geologists and Petroleum Engineers.
