Team Leader Employment Verifications.
This job requires leading a team of more than 10 members to carry out verification operations.
Should be able to independently manage the team s activities monitor performance of the team members train and motivate to achieve internal goals.
Will report to the senior management.
Be able to generate reports and present as required by the management.
Requirements
Graduates with 3 to 5 years of experience part of which should be as a Team Leader
Preferred : Experience in Business Development roles in a recruitment firm or in the recruitment division of any big corporate
Must have excellent communication skills both in English and Hindi.
Should have good knowledge of computer operations
