Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. EndtoEnd Customer Experience Strategies: Demonstrate expertise in developing comprehensive customer experience strategies encompassing research vision and design.
2. Diverse Strategy Development: Formulate strategies tailored to different demographics exhibiting a deep understanding of the market and audience dynamics.
3. Brand to Tactical Strategy Solutions: Develop strategies ranging from overarching brand strategies to specific tactical plans for social media content and influencer engagement.
4. DataDriven Insights: Utilize an innovative approach to data and research uncovering unique consumer insights that can be leveraged for strategic advantage.
5. Marketing Fundamentals: Possess a strong understanding of core marketing principles and apply them in crafting effective strategies.
6. Content Management:Create and manage content calendars caption banks and adeptly engage in trendjacking to maintain relevance.
7. Community Management and Social Listening:Demonstrate expertise in community management and social listening to deeply understand and interpret diverse consumer behaviors across different social platforms.
8. ConsumerCentric Approach:Bring the consumers world to life for the creative team and clients through qualitative and cultural mining as well as synthesizing quantitative research for strategic decisionmaking.
9. Strategic Articulation: Articulate effective strategic rationale with a logical flow contributing to the formation of compelling narratives that align with the brand.
10. Effective Communication: Craft clear and persuasive presentations and decks that communicate ideas insights and strategies convincingly.
11. Language Proficiency:Proficiency in both English and Hindi enabling effective communication with a diverse audience.


Qualifications:

  • Graduation Preferably in Media or Marketing Branding Advertising.
  • Minimum 1 years of Experinece in Social Media Marketing Instagram Marketing/Reels.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals andcustomercentric strategies
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a dynamic setting with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Understanding of the influencer landscape and strategies to maximize partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinking and outofthebox problemsolvingskills.
  • Capability to translate ideas into impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
