- Structure the training programs based on competency and learning objectives of target personas
- Create technical training content for use in classroom presentations
- Create technical eLearning content for global distribution on our Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
- Create training content for sales and commercial personas globally
- Define optimum delivery mechanisms and tailor content accordingly
- Ensure developed knowledge and associated material is transferred to the trainers
- Iterate and improve training content as needed based on business needs, learner feedback, and business priorities
