YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Endtoend responsibility for BRUNAs successful highend online marketplaces expansion and presence.
  • Identify and evaluate marketplace sales channels with the aim to diversify revenue streams and increase market reach.
  • Develop and oversee the integration and relationships with marketplaces ensuring a strong brand presence and maximising sales potential.
  • Drive ongoing growth implementation and optimization projects that enhance the shopping experience with platform partners.
  • Maximize operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience across Marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce marketing and creative teams to create compelling and consistent brand messaging across all sales channels.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in performance.
  • Lead the implementation of strategies to enter new markets and capitalise on emerging trends.
  • Tracking weekly monthly and quarterly operational performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve them while providing regular updates to the executive team.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Proven track record of business development and management of marketplaces specifically within the luxury retail sector to open new sales channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in ecommerce as well as online marketplaces tools
  • You always have the customer in mind and ensure they are experiencing an outstanding user journey.
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and plan schedule and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and targets. You can quickly respond to changes in the business environment and make adjustments to meet organisational goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
