Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Water and Waste Water Solutions

Location: Dhaka Bangladesh (OnSite)

Reports To: Sales Head (WWS) / Hub Head (IBG)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years



Job Brief


The Water and Waste Water Business Division (WWS) is a pioneer in providing innovative solutions in Water Treatment Sewage treatment Effluent treatment and Desalination. With over four decades of leadership we have installed more than 20000 large and small plants across various regions.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing of water treatment plants sewage treatment plants effluent treatment plants recycling ZLD.
  • Extensive travel to approach customers understand their requirements and generate enquiries.
  • Coordinate with operating groups to develop competitive proposals.
  • Submit offers in consultation with headquarters coordinators and pursue conversion into orders.
  • Meet annual business plan targets.
  • Proposal management including tender/inquiry evaluation.
  • Track and report sales and marketing activities periodically.
  • Analyze market trends and update other departments.
  • Map the market and monitor competitors.
  • Engage in technocommercial discussions for business development.


Job Specifications

  • Essential Qualification: Good academic record with a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Chemical Environment Science Mechanical) from reputed institutions.
  • Desirable Qualification: Same as above.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in Sales within the Water business.

  • Technocommercial evaluation skills and contracting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication networking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Organizing and planning skills.
  • Process and resultoriented selfstarter with a winning attitude.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings P&IDs and documentation procedures.


Experience/Exposure

  • Product and technical knowhow.
  • Experience in working on the latest technologies in WTP/ RO/ Effluent treatment/ recycling.
  • Knowledge of process engineering.
