Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate new employees onboarding and ensure completion of required paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide support for benefits enrollment address employee inquiries and help resolve benefitsrelated issues.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts including the dissemination of company policies and updates.
  • Coordinate training programs and activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts offer letters and termination letters.
  • Track and manage employee attendance leave requests and related records.
  • Assist in ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries concerns and grievances and assist in resolving them appropriately.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  4. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  5. A passion for HR and a desire to make a positive impact on the workplace.
  6. Enthusiastic person with engagement abilities.
