Job title Sr. Business Analyst
Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst you will be instrumental in the implementation of our loyalty platform within a leading banks ecosystem. This role involves comprehensive integration of our platform with the banks diverse systems including core credit card applications data lakes marketing automation tools and digital interfaces. You will be responsible for detailed requirement analysis documentation system specifications and the creation of user stories to facilitate a seamless integration process.
Outcomes:
1. Detailed Requirements Documentation: Within the first 1 month develop and present comprehensive requirement documents outlining the phase 1 requirements for the implementation and the integration needs with the banks systems.
2. System Specification and Integration Blueprint: Design a detailed system specification and integration blueprint within first 2 months ensuring alignment with the banks technical environment and our platform capabilities.
3. User Story Creation and Management: Continuously create and update user stories that accurately reflect the business and integration requirements facilitating clear understanding and implementation by the technical team. Maintain the backlog and ensure there are enough stories in the backlog that are groomed for the next 23 sprints.
4. Successful Integration Implementation: Within the first 6 months demonstrate successful integration of our loyalty platform with at least two key bank systems ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
5. Stakeholder Management: Establish strong communication channels and relationships with both internal teams and bank stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and progress.
6. Technical Solution Design: Contribute to the technical design of the integration ensuring it aligns with both our platforms capabilities and the banks technical requirements.
Competencies:
1. Technical Expertise: Demonstrable proficiency in understanding and managing complex integration projects within banking environments. Deep knowledge of technical aspects of banking systems and digital platforms.
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences from developers to highlevel stakeholders.
3. Agile & Scrum: Strong experience in Agile methodologies preferably with a certification. Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively using Agile frameworks.
4. Stakeholder Management: Proficient in aligning managing expectations and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze technical challenges and provide effective solutions. Capable of navigating complex project scenarios and delivering results.
6. Tools Proficiency: Handson experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence and adept at leveraging these for project management and documentation.
Experience & Background:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a business analyst role preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
2. Proven experience in banking system integrations and understanding of banking product data flows.
3. Agile SCRUM certification is mandatory.
4. Handson experience with JIRA Confluence and other project management tools.
Additional Details:
This is a fulltime position. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday for nine hours. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
May at times be required to work from home
