Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a University Alliance Manager to run our B2B2C sales efforts in the higher education market. As an Alliance Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our innovative programs to universities. You will develop and execute sales strategies that will meet or exceed revenue targets and drive profitability.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B2C sales strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers at universities and polytechnics/institutes to understand their needs and challenges and position our products and services as solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support our sales efforts and build brand awareness in the higher education market.

  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure that all sales activities are tracked and reported accurately using CRM.

  • Other relevant duties as assigned by Business Unit Head (BUH).



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field. Masters degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in B2B2C sales preferably in the education or tech industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of the higher education landscape and understanding of the challenges universities face.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
