Responsibilities:

As Marketing Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Spearhead the development localisation and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with company objectives market dynamics and cost considerations.
• Propose implement monitor and report on marketing budgets ensuring optimal utilisation of resources for maximum impact.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to customise platforms products and services to meet local market standards and requirements.
• Work in tandem with content teams both locally and internationally to ensure the quality and consistency of inbound and outbound communications and messages.
• Monitor track and evaluate all marketing activities reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of various channels and campaigns including TV OOH digital and BTL.
• Oversee local and global agencies/partners for the execution of regional campaigns and communication plans.
• Develop and negotiate business proposals and deals with potential partners and media groups.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis continuously monitoring market conditions and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with international marketing teams to align and execute strategies synchronising with the companys marketing objectives and brand values.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a marketingoriented position within the online gaming industry such as operatorside roles affiliate account management SEO or other marketing positions.
• Strong business orientation and understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Proactive with a demonstrated ability to take initiative driving projects quickly and efficiently.
