About the job:
WealthKernel is seeking a talented and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting assessing and hiring toptier IT professionals to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from posting job openings to extending job offers.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Source screen and recruit candidates by using databases social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular followups with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Perform in an environment of collaborative teamwork to deliver top candidates
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and industry trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
