SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Lead Tech provides our core services to our clients while providing an excellent customer service These services include but may not be limited to window cleaning, pressure washing, rain gutter cleaning, awning cleaning and solar panel
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Completes assigned work orders while hitting key effective hourly rate
- Maintains a customer satisfaction rating at 4 or 5 at all times to achieve an increase in customer satisfaction, profitability and repeat
- Uses scheduling software to track job times
- May be required to train inexperienced
Maintains clean and safe work site by following safety rules and procedures and wearing personal protective equipment as
- Attends staff meetings and training as

QUALFICATIONS
Requirements
- Previous Window Cleaning Experience
- Clean DMV - Will be driving company vehicles
