Chief HR Officer

Our Client is a highly influential consultancy firm in the iGaming industry boasting strategic partnerships with numerous prominent customers across various jurisdictions. Through these alliances their reach extends to approximately 600 employees currently concentrated in Europe with clear potential for global expansion.

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief HR Officer to join our clients consultancy firm and be an integral part of the consultancy offering to its clients. The Chief HR Officer will support key projects that underpin our clients ongoing journey of business change and transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to support the change in highperforming organisations in different locations where some of your first tasks will be to reengineer some of their clients HR processes to ensure maximum efficiency. In this role you will formulate career development plans evaluate training and development programs analyse the effectiveness of HR operations and policies procedures and tools. The Chief HR Officer will also help develop strategic projects relating to employee engagement reward organisational change performance management talent management and employee relations.

This is a big role suited for a senior HR professional with a high reward. In order to achieve this we envision that you will be using your exceptional stakeholder management skills you will drive engagement and influence key stakeholders and their senior leadership teams to consider the risks and benefits of their decisions. All to ensure their clients remain competitive in the global talent market especially within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team fostering a warm and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Global HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our clients global objectives ensuring compliance with local regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • HR Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR systems ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients organisation and support efficient HR processes.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and inclusive workplace while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • KPIs and Measurements: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Global Compensation and Benefits: Benchmark global salary and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent while remaining competitive in the market.
  • iGaming Expertise: Leverage your iGaming industry experience to address specific HR challenges and opportunities unique to our field.
  • Trusted HR advisor: Able to coach senior leaders and their direct reports on leadership effectiveness and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global organisation with multiple locations in various jurisdictions.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR systems policies and KPIs.
  • Extensive experience in managing global salary and benefit benchmarks.
  • A deep understanding of the iGaming industry and its HR dynamics.
  • Strong leadership skills with a warm and caring demeanour.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations
