Senior UIUX Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our clients digital products and amp; services in different domains while also ensuring a seamless user experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on various types of digital products ranging from websites to native apps and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers developers and other designers to create usercentered designs that meet clients business and user goals.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and development teams.
• Conduct lean user research user testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience for our clients products.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for our clients digital products.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends tools and technologies to ensure our clients products are modern and competitive.

What are we looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Experience in managing and building teams
• Experience in Project Management
• Bachelors degree in design or media field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and UX/UI design skills
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills (English)
• Proactive and selfsufficient work ethic
• Basic knowledge of HTML and amp; CSS
• Proficiency in Webflow is an added benefit
