About the Role:

Are you a sales professional with experience developing channel strategies Apply today to join Masimo Consumer as an Ecommerce Channel Lead. This is a remote role but candidates should be based in or around Munich.

This division oversees the consumer audio business (formerly called Sound United) and Masimos expansion into consumer health. With over 300 years of innovative audio and home solution expertise Masimo Consumer Audioimproves lives by creatingdistinct and immersive listening experiences for a wide range of consumers in more than 130 countries.

Tasks

  • Strategic alignment product channelisation and development of the Channel strategy with EU Channel LT define and achieve YoY (year on year) partner sales metrics sales targets and expectations.
  • Develop sales partner playbook. Develop and implement relevant sales best practices enabling brands sales to maximize opportunity and impact performance with partners.
  • Manage the local Amazon business plan in alignment with local market channel plans European playbook & Amazon KPIs
  • Analyse develop & evolve the Amazon 1P offering to drive the best possible profit performance whilst ensuring optimal customer proposition.
  • Uncover new opportunities in market to grow our Pureplay channel
  • Accountability of Channel financial management marketing budget working closely with the EU Channel Director
  • Weekly forecasting demand planning and distribution for region
  • Work closely with Planning/Supply Chain Team to ensure inventory levels and collaborate on a longterm growth strategy.
  • Strong management of a P&L to deliver a profitable account within the business targets
  • Evaluate sales promotional/trade spending and track ROI
  • Develop sales strategies by analysing sales reports GFK market information and discussing with EU Channel Director and team.
  • Be passionate about growing brands in your market be the brand representative to give the best impression of our brands.
  • Work closely with Marketing developing retailer specific support and launch plans.
  • Be prepared to visit key partners to improve relationships and keep our business/brands front of mind
  • In partnership with EU Channel Director define and achieve YoY partner sales metrics sales targets and expectations.

Requirements

  • Structured and efficient way of working
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent English language skills verbal & written
  • Strong experience (3 years) and demonstrate understanding of managing Amazon in the relevant local market
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms technologies and trends
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • Strong Commercial experience
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Demonstrable ability to be proactive and able to think out of the box
  • Excellent collaborator with remote management & channel team
  • Customer oriented (internal and external)
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Handson mentality
  • Note: Relevant European languages for relevant European Channel Lead roles
