ANET Senior Software Developer

Recent experience working in Scrum team and also in leading Scrum teams
.

Relevant and recent experience in:
ü Continuous software integration and automated testing including knowledge of test automation frameworks and is has in depth experience with Azure DevOps GitHub BrowserStack and preferably AWS
ü Software development using Java and is able to design and implement RESTAPI and GraphQL Java web applications using Java Spring Framework
ü Using development tools e.g. Gradle IntelliJ IDEA
ü Software development using JavaScript and including the REACT library

Extensive and recent experience in programming at the network interface level (UDP TCP) and serial interface level
.

Extensive and recent experience writing Ansible playbooks
.

Experienced writing secure software has firm knowledge about web authentication (OpenID Connect OAuth SAML) and is experienced using Keycloak
.

Experienced in database design and database application integration using PostgreSQL Java Persistency API (JPA)
.

Recent experience designing containerized solutions for which knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker is essential.
.

Able to produce efficient clear readable maintainable and highquality code
.

Recent experience with frontend state management libraries such as Redux or MobX for managing complex application state
.

Must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations

DUTIES/ROLE:
.

Take the role of lead engineer of ANET collaborate with product owner designer and other engineers to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications (like user stories) for the ANET application
.

Maintain and further develop the Continuous Integration environment in Azure DevOps aiming to have the quality assurance built in including test report to explain test result and coverage to NCIA Change Advisory Boards of each release
.

Debug and troubleshoot issues identify and resolve software defects and ensure a stable release update software dependencies
.

Design develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs for ANET using Java and the Spring Framework
.

Utilize Java persistence frameworks to interact with the PostgreSQL database ensuring data integrity performance and security
.

Develop / conduct unit and automated testing of software components
.

Attend virtual and inperson meetings
.

Will be part of a team and will work using an Agile and iterative approach during multiple sprints. Each sprint is planned for a duration of 1 week. The content and scope of each sprint will be agreed during the sprintplanning meeting
