Your Role:

As a Renewable Energy Customer Advisor youll play a pivotal role in maintaining positive customer relationships. Heres a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers through email and telephone ensuring a customercentric approach.
  

• Crafting and sending customer proposals and contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
  

• Collaborating with surveyors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  

• Conducting heat loss calculations promptly.
  

• Adapting to various tasks when team members are absent from calculations to sales calls.
  

Who you are:

• You effortlessly building rapport with both customers and colleagues as teamwork is at our core.
  

• You have keen eye for detail recognising nuances that others might miss.
  

• You have a familiarity with CRM systems ideally HubSpot/Salesforce.
  

• You thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  

• You are organised and methodical in your approach.
  

No prior renewable energy is required as long as you have a willingness to learn and a can do attitude as full training will be provided.

The Package:

• Up to 25000 per annum a bonus of up to 5000.
