Enterprise Risk Management Team Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate candidate to be part of Zain's Governance, Risk, and Compliance Department to be responsible for Identifying and assessing existing and emerging risks across the organization (areas, processes, projects, products, services, Legal…etc.), and work with owners on their mitigation and closure.

In addition to ensuring the overall business continuity management program for critical services at Zain.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

• In coordination with the area management, identify the existing and upcoming threats and vulnerabilities to be found within an area, process, product/service, project, etc.
• Assess the effectiveness of the existing controls within each area/process/project/product that would help in reducing or avoiding the risk.
• Maintain and update the Risk Registers and follow up effectiveness of mitigation plans with owners.
• Work with owners to identify the relevant Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the most critical risks identified and follow up this dashboard.
• Build comprehensive dashboard for KRIs indicating emerging risks and conduct adequate and regular reporting of risks status to upper management and where needed to Group ERM.
• Work with Group ERM on facilitating the yearly Risk Assessment Workshops with top management to identify the Risk that Matter (RTMs), and following up on the related KRIs reporting on quarterly basis.
• Implement and sustain ISO22301 certificate fulfilling all needed requirements and documentation
• Provide risk management and business continuity awareness to employees to understand their role in managing risk and ensuring availability and continuity.
