Job Description

As an OD Coordinator at DPL you will have a dual role focused on designing training and workshops and leading the implementation of the OKR framework. Your responsibilities will include designing training and workshops alignment tracking and implementation of OKRs across the company.

Key Responsibilities


Career Growth Plans

1. OKR Implementation

  • Develop and implement the organizations OKR (Objectives and Key Results) program framework.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to define clear objectives and key results that align with our strategic goals.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams and departments fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing related to OKRs.

2. OKR Training and Support

  • Provide guidance and support to teams and individuals on effective goalsetting practices within the OKR framework.
  • Train and educate employees on OKR methodologies best practices and the benefits of goaloriented performance.

3. OKR Performance Tracking

  • Establish processes for OKR tracking progress monitoring and reporting to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Conduct bimonthly/ quarterly OKR Workshops/meetings.

4. Training Delivery and Facilitation

  • Facilitate training sessions workshops and panel talks
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Continuously improve and update training materials to reflect best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 01 year of experience in career development employee training OKR implementation or related roles.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a relevant field preferred.
  • Familiarity with the OKR framework and its application in organizational goal setting and achievement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation cleansing and analysis using Excel (including functions like VLOOKUP PivotTables etc.).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and employee needs.
  • OKR certification will be considered a plus.
