JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a mostly remote work from home position. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience processing realestate transactions. The Transaction Coordinator is the backbone of our business and must know how to process Title Insurance review HUD Estates Deeds Quiet Titles and much more. This position requires extreme attention to detail to visit the court house once a week to file paperwork. Previous experience in transaction management transaction coordination real estate titles or mortgages is highly valued and experience as Transaction Coordinator or Paralegal in a legal Real Estate environment required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Highly competent Customer Service skills
- Ability to easily communicate with buyers/sellers amongst other transaction members
- Process incoming contracts
- Conduct Status and Title searches
- Ensure that all deals get marketed as per procedure
- Initiate title search and communicate with title agent
- Coordinate with all parties (title co. Lead Manager seller and buyer) to ensure closing happens ontime and smoothly
- Highly accountable
- Persistent and committed to follow up with all relevant parties.
- Min 35 years of experience in real estate / document closing industry
- Other similar tasks that assist Transaction & Closing department achieve its goals
- Act as liaison between Acquisition and Dispositions Agents real estate agents clients attorneys escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the closing process of a real estate sale to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contracttoclose
