We are a fastgrowing Real Estate investment company that buys homes in asis shape throughout the Metro Atlanta area. We utilize several different outbound marketing strategies to find motivated sellers. We then negotiate with potential sellers to buy their property to flip. We have over 25 years of experience buying investment properties and building new homes throughout Georgia.

We are looking for a professional who understands success comes from hard work and tenacity. This person should be teachable and always willing to try to improve themselves. Our ideal person will be a selfstarter highly motivated by money and have the ability to use their people skills to build lasting relationships. They will get results not whine or make excuses have attention to detail and should be able to follow simple instructions.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This person must like problemsolving negotiation and attend 10 appointments per week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with risktaking independent confident firm and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for this position. You will be required to get a minimum of 2 signed contracts per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property
  • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate agents
  • Follow up with leads you have met with or made offers to
  • Manage leads in CRM system
  • Update software programs and communicate with team members
  • Close deals
  • Daily reporting of sales activities
  • Maintain and exceed company quotas
  • Attend inperson meetings with property owners

  • Clean background check and drivers license required
