As a Quality Systems Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality management systems within the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality policies and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of products and services.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Management or related roles.
3. Previous experience in Clients Industry is desirable.
4. Knowledge of relevant quality management standards and methodologies.
5. Strong leadership and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Certification in Quality Management (e.g. Six Sigma ASQ) is advantageous
