Clerical Duties
Answer phones and make outbound calls
Prepare and organize documents including school applications
Complete and submit documentation such as school applications
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries
Policy and Procedure Development
Assist in developing and updating company policies and procedures
Exercise independent judgment in implementing and enforcing policies
Marketing
Promote the company through outreach to schools and doctors offices
Attend autism events and represent the company
Distribute promotional materials such as flyers to attract clients
Participate in marketing strategies to increase company visibility
Hiring Support
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for RBTs
Create and manage RBT schedules
Administrative Support
Manage databases and spreadsheet files
Develop special report formats as needed
Utilize technical skills for detailed and specialized activities related to the department
Insurance Authorization
Request prior authorization from insurance companies
Communicate and submit necessary documents to insurance companies
Assist with medical claim processes and provider enrollment applications
General Administrative Tasks
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
Demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail
Exercise independent judgment in handling daytoday tasks
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
