Requirements- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
- Experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently

- Familiarity with CRM software
- Passion for interior design is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English at C level or higher
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation Employ various channels including online research industry events and social media Linkedin % to identify and research potential customers ensuring a robust pipeline of leads
- Outreach and communication Initiate contact with potential clients by phone email and social media effectively introducing Uplight Group and its offerings Maintain professional and engaging communication to establish a good relationship with potential customers
- Qualification Evaluate potential customers to determine their suitability for our products or services and gauge their level of interest Tailor solutions to effectively address their needs and pain points
- Appointment scheduling Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects allowing our sales team to explore and capitalize on promising business opportunities
- Relationship Building Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients by delivering valuable information addressing their needs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Reporting Keep meticulous records of all interactions leads and progress in our CRM system Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion
- Market Research Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitors adapting and refining outreach strategies accordingly
