- At least 20 years of law firm experience in litigation is required.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, and be highly motivated and hard-working.
- An attorney already living and practicing law in Boise is preferred, but it is not essential if the candidate is willing to relocate to Boise.
- A book of business is required.
- Candidates must be a member of the Idaho Bar or be willing to become a member of the Idaho Bar.
- If not currently a member of the Idaho Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state.
