Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: From 19.20 per hour
We at Find Medic are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our clients award-winning small dementia nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.
About Home:
Our nursing home is a leading provider of high-quality specialist nursing care for older individuals with dementia/Alzheimers. Situated in the heart of Worthing, we offer a safe, homely environment where we prioritize seeing the person beyond their condition. Our facility is renowned for our expertise in caring for individuals with challenging behaviors, often receiving referrals from the Mental Health team at West Sussex County Council. With spacious lounge areas and a sun lounge, all with direct garden access, our residents enjoy a comfortable and enriching living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to individuals with dementia/Alzheimers, focusing on their well-being and dignity.
- Work closely with our dedicated team to create a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive and personalized care plans.
- Participate in regular in-house training to stay updated with the latest practices and techniques in dementia care.
Requirements
About You:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN).
- Active NMC UK Pin or pending for approval.
- Clear DBS.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
