This assignment location is 2 hours from Boston, MA!
SULLIVAN COUNTY WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work ALL holidays, including weekend before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO requests for holidays will not be approved. Thanks!
Requirement description :
- 1+ year current exprience
- Must be willing to float
- Previous travel experience Highly Preferred
- Rural/small facility experience Highly Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NH license and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH temp ( must be in hand at time of submission)
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holiday coverage required
On Call Requirements : None
