SellRent an innovative startup at the forefront of the PropTech industry is looking for a motivated Investor Coordinator to join our Deals Team This junior position offers the chance to be part of a company that leverages AIdriven solutions to revolutionize the real estate market
Responsibilities
- Aid the Deals Team in marketing properties by posting on various thirdparty sites targeting investors
- Manage property listings effectively ensuring they are up to date and presented appealingly
- Assist in compiling and delivering reports to support the Deals Teams strategic decisions
Requirements
- BCEnglish
- Tech Savvy
- Proven experience in a call center as a sales SDR or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A basic understanding of the US real estate market is a plus
- Ability to thrive in the fastpaced everevolving environment of a dynamic startup

High negotiation skills 2 years minimum of Real Estate sales experience (USA) Fluent English (Native or bilingual proficiency)
