Our significant growth has led us to investing further across our Sales division to increase revenue partnerships with our customers and in turn grow our product portfolio further With this comes requirements for a Sales Executive to join our Fueller family! You will be extensively trained and supported to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store to identify new business opportunities for our fuel and nonfuel products in order to generate revenue and increase sales overall

Brief Overview

Permanent Opportunity Full Time

Basic Salary Dependent on experience

Commission Structure Uncapped (Realistic Total Package )

Location Birmingham B (Hybrid)



Requirements
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
  • Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on our new customers where applicable
  • Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs
  • Maintaining a high standard within your calls focussing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis

To contribute to The Fuel Store s success you will need

  • Ideally at least one years experience in a Sales role (Telesales Door to door Recruitment)
  • Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively
  • The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes

As well as having the right experience a Fueller will have

  • Strong motivation to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ambitions to earn a lot of money!
  • Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind
  • Ability to challenge the status quo actively seeking to understand HOW something works not just WHY
