We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our clients organization that has been recognized as a "National Quality Leader" by the US Department of Health and Human Services. As a Medical Assistant, you will support healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care in Behavioral Health, Primary Care, or Pediatrics/Ob-Gyn settings. Assist with patient interactions, appointment scheduling, financial arrangements, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate exceptional patient relations skills.
2. Respond positively to assistance requests from colleagues.
3. Assist healthcare providers and other medical assistants in various tasks.
4. Provide support for group and individual sessions.
5. Act as a receptionist, handling phones and computer systems.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
7. Assist with inventory control and tracking of medical services.
8. Perform administrative activities, process payments, and compile reports.
9. Stay updated on advancements in healthcare through continuing education.
10. Collaborate positively with the healthcare team to achieve goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in medical office environment
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
- Medical Assistant certification
