KEY ROLE
This position requires, at minimum, a current and active TS/SCI security clearance. Military veterans highly encouraged to apply.
Support, plan, and program activities, including portfolio management, issue paper support, program review support, responses to stakeholders reports and audits, and federal document review support. Analyze, plan, program, and integrate supporting Special Access Program (SAP), Compartmented Access Program (CAP), and Alternative Compensatory Control Mechanism (ACCM) programs. Identify gaps and seams across SAPs, CAPs, and ACCMs, recommending solutions and building portfolios to assist with integration. Compose and write quality official correspondence, reports, letters, notices, instructions, and memoranda and documents for signature. Provide SAP, CAP, and ACCM integration to bring together access mechanisms between DoD and the intelligence communities.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
- 5+ years of experience with working on Defense programs or projects
- Experience with SAPs, CAPs, or ACCMs
- Experience with researching and writing background papers, talking points, and oral and written statements, including providing executive-level briefings
- Bachelors degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Combatant Command Strategy and Strategic Planning
- Ability to take problems and convert them into questions in which practical solutions can be defined
- Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and innovate to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Ability to compose quality documentation, analysis, and reports
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Advanced Warfighting School graduate
