As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel's In-Room Dining to achieve the optimum level of guest satisfaction and departmental profitability whilst maintaining the hotel standards. Your role will involve planning, costing, delegation, evaluation, organising, cost control, interview and selection, discipline, setting target, counseling, standards, appraisals, training, communication and coordination.
