Education and training:
A food and beverage transformation leader is typically required to possess an associate degree in hotel management, hospitality, or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications in restaurant or shift management would be an added advantage.
Experience:
It is preferable to have previous experience in restaurant or hotel management or food and beverage transformation. Experience in implementing successful turnarounds is a plus.
