Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Ecommerce Specialist role located in Amman. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating the online store catalog and inventory, creating and managing online advertisements, managing customer
data and purchases, and providing support for online customer service inquiries and sales-related issues. Their objective is to ensure an excellent online shopping experience and maximize online sales growth.
E-commerce Platform Management:

Ensure the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform, including website design, user experience, and customer engagement.

Address technical issues by coordinating with external vendors (e.g., website developers, payment processors) to resolve them swiftly.

Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate presentation and information.

Analyze e-commerce metrics, recognizing areas of concern and optimization prospects.

Handle customer feedback and issues regarding the e-commerce platform promptly and professionally.
