- Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner.
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the Sales executives in achieving the sales targets set for the respective territories within pre-set expenditure limits to ensure that those targets are achieved.
- Negotiate and close deals with major clients within the geography to expand company sales network.
- Gather key elements for product and supply chain evaluation to provide valuable customer feedback to the sales team for improvement.
- Native proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
