Evaluating all raw materials before the manufacturing process, in addition to ensuring the quality of manufactured products ready for shipment.
Reject and report all raw materials that do not meet quality standards.
Solve all quality problems.
Train the quality assurance team regarding how to prevent defects and improve the quality of products and supervise them.
Monitor the level of customer satisfaction with the product
