Downstream Optimization Engineer

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well established facilities maintenance providers with a large presence within the London facilities sector who are looking to expand their shift team at a highly prestigious corporate site in the heart of the City of London with an experience electrical maintenance engineer to work on a 4 on 4 off basis.

On a day to day basis you will responsible for:

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive duties
  
• AHUs, FCUs and VAVs
  
• Single and 3 phase
  
• Start Delta
  
• UPS and generators
  
• Condensors
  
• First line A/C checks
  
• Emergency light testing
  
• Lamping
  
• Basic plumbing
  
• Motors and all general plant associated with commercial building services.
  
• Minor plumbing duties
  
• Hot and cold calls
  

Requirements

• City and Guilds/NVQ in electrical installation
  
• 18th Edition
  
• Experience of the plant listed
  
• Previous exposure of working in a commercial client facing site
