Our client, Nuanced Media, continues to lead in offering full-service eCommerce marketing that includes Amazon, Shopify and multi-channel eCommerce, website design and development, and branding. Growth in their clients’ business means growth for them and they are adding an eCommerce Account Coordinator to their team.
The Account Coordinator is the point of contact between the team and assigned clients who is responsible for ensuring deadlines are met, communication is flowing, and all tasks and initiatives are organized.
Success is measured by:
- Setting expectations and meeting deadlines for a full portfolio of clients through clear communication and high-level organizational skills
- Showcased understanding of internal systems, processes, & strategies through increased efficiency and effectiveness in client delivery

What you will do:
- Manage clients and their projects
- Act as the client point of contact and lead communication through multiple channels including meetings, digital messaging, and documentation
- Preparation, participation, and conducting of internal and external client meetings to ensure mutual success
- Organization & utilization of tasking and planning software for project management
- Assure all deliverables are high quality and up to client expectation, provide marketing edits as needed
- Meet project goals and deadlines
- Ensure communication between client and internal team is clear and concise
- Provide information, deliverables, assets, etc. to both the client and internal team as necessary for each project
- Stay organized and adapt quickly to new situations with urgency, while working on multiple client projects
- Conduct data-driven analysis and offer suggestions to achieve the goals set and for future growth

Job Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong customer and team relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Creative and strategic-minded with the ability to develop innovative solutions for your clients’ challenges
- Working knowledge of eCommerce best practices
- Advanced Amazon & Shopify marketing knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and research solutions as they are discovered
- Proven strength in professional communication that includes written, digital, and verbal
Desirable:
- Project Management: 1 year
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.
- E-commerce and Amazon marketing experience: 1 yr
- Knowledge of Project Management best practices
- Proficient in using Google Software Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
