- Lead and manage the regional wellbeing and safety team to develop a high-performing team who build strong partnerships and provide high-quality, reliable advice to leaders and managers in the region
- Contribute to the development of the wellbeing and safety strategy for Te Pūkenga, in support of the Wellbeing and Safety Director
- Provide values-based leadership to the regional safety team ensuring their wellbeing, productivity, performance, growth, and development
