-This is an opportunity with a start up Life Science team. A tenured veteran in the Life Science staffing industry was hired on to start a life science division and will be looking for top talent to grow and build along side him.
-He is looking for people who want to be apart of the growth
-This comes with immense opportunity to have a say in a lot of the decision making process
- Also comes with a lot of freedom and creativity to go after business across the entire country with no restrictions.
- Must be willing to roll up sleeves and bring in clients.
-The goal is to grow the "founding starters" into leadership with many opportunities for high earning potential.
-This role is perfect for the person that doesn't want to go to a large firm and deal with a ton of red tape and someone who has more of an entreprenurial mindset.
-The firm is known more for hiring experienced people in staffing rather than young graduate classes
Base salary range 70-120k
Comission- Starts at 10% and goes up.
There are milestone bonuses for individual contribution as well as group bonuses as the team and revenue grows.
